Worst experience I have ever had. I went there to get a haircut, but first I tried to check in. It wouldn't let me check in so I called the main phone number and explained that I couldn't check in. The lady on the phone said no need to worry just come in. I asked if I need to put my name down she said that wouldn't be necessary. When I got there it was a 45 minute wait. When I confronted the manager and let her know the situation. She basically told me that there was nothing she could do and you'll be at the bottom of the list. She didn't want to listen to my complaint, she seemed to busy to talk to her customers. Well I'm not her customer anymore. On an average my son and I used to go to this location twice a month. We pay a lot for a haircut and we don't like to be treated like we don't matter. I ended going to the Midvale location and they were awesome. There is a lot of different places I can go get my haircut, but the Midvale location stopped me from doing so.

I have had great success at this location! My 11 year old loved Jessica! She gave him a great haircut and made him feel special. My 18 year old loves his haircuts and has never had a bad experience.

I did the online check-in. It gave me 10 minutes to get there and I am 15 minutes away. Of course I arrived 2 or 3 minutes after the time I was suppose to be there and my wait went to 38 minutes. I waited and my name just disappeared from the list. At this point I had a meeting I needed to get to so I had to leave. This was very disappointing. I DO NOT blame the stylist or the store. I feel the online check-in probably gave me a bad time, because I am sure that the stylist would have waited. Usually, my experience at this store is always beyond excellent. So, this one star is for the online check-in not the stylist or the store. I will try again another time.
